The Bank's business strategy is focused mainly on
- Retail clients,
- small and medium-sized firms,
- the agro-food sector, and
- all types of securities trading.
Objectives
Our goal is to have a streamlined, technically and organizationally
modernised branch network, providing a diverse range of competitive banking
and other financial products, such as leasing, selling mutual fund
units and insurance policies, factoring and real estate business
while achieving an appropriate cost efficiency
and further increase of Bank’s productivity.
Strategic objectives until 2014
- Strengthening and increasing the market share,
- implementing the synergies between the bank and its business and strategic partners (owners),
- maximising and modernising business operations,
- achieving an adequate return on equity,
- achieving total assets of EUR 1.4 billion,
- increasing the non-interest income,
- becoming one of the Slovenian most cost efficient bank,
- maintaining at least a 10% capital adequacy ratio,
- expanding the bank’s business by developing new products,
- ensuring better recognition of Deželna Banka Slovenije d. d.
