Partial repurchase of bonds

Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. has executed a partial repurchase of bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 (ISIN: XS0518514558) in total nominal value of EUR 24,500,000.00.
On the basis of the provisions of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules and the valid legislation, the company Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. is publishing the following notification:
Deželna banka Slovenije d. d. has executed a repurchase on the secondary market of a part of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 (ISIN: XS0518514558) in the nominal amount of EUR 24,500,000.00. The bond is registered in the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and is trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The part of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 that have been repurchased will be cancelled from the register of securities at Euroclear/Clearstream and withdrawn from trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. After the partial cancellation the total nominal value of the bonds with the ticker symbol DEZEL Float 06/15 will amount to EUR 75,500,000.00.
